Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the items in their original Beadable Bliss velvet pouch or box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your padded shipping envelope.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
